The first priority for these clients before moving into their new apartment was to have motorized shades installed. This provided them with the privacy and UV protection they needed. They were lovers of film and music but didn’t want to clutter their home, so we installed 3 TV’s raised and lowered by motorized lifts within custom cabinetry. The TV’s were complimented by high quality speakers and controlled by simple to use Control4 remotes. The highlight of the project was an outdoor home theater on their terrace. An all- weather flatscreen on a motorized lift complimented by high quality speakers and wireless headphones.
